Saturday, December 14th is a huge day for Ronnie Fieg and Kith NYC: not only are they dropping a huge capsule called “New York Native – 1996” that re-imagines the streetwear imprint as it would have been back in that seminal year, but they’re also dropping an uber-tough, uber-beautiful Ronnie Fieg for Timberland 6″ 40 Below collaboration as well.
The three piece collection of indestructible Super Boots comes in Butter Pecan nubuck ($250 USD), Cinnamon and Plum ($220 USD), and pays homage to both the legacy of NYC’s 8th Street shoes shops where RF got his start as a stock-boy, and the 1979 40 Belows that 2Pac wore as Bishop in Juice.
Lined to the toe with sheepskin, the kicks come complete with brass d-ring and hook hard wear, and are decorated with distinctive “RF” embossing.
Peep the whole collection in the gallery above, then go to the new Kith pop-up store (66 Bleecker Street in Manhattan), Kith Brooklyn, and Kith NYC’s webstore on Saturday, December 14th (11 AM EST).
