A free download from his bandcamp page, this 10-track compilation has a little bit of everything, ranging from the livest of boom-bap cuts (“Finger Bone” “Bandit”), to more peculiar yet flowing joints (“Gunk” or “Nugs.”) Fal does an incredible job holding our attention with the versatility in the track lineup, and makes sure our expectations are not only met, but savagely exceeded. If you’re into hip-hop instrumentals even a little bit, you’d be dumb not to download this RIGHT NOW. Don’t be dumb.
