The reserved dance music of up-and-coming producer Flume has turned heads in 2013: his self-titled debut hit No. 1 on the charts in his native Australia, then he won the ARIA Music Award for Producer of the Year.
But he’s got one more trick up his 22-year-old sleeve: this time he’s gotten down with another Aussie, the hilariously named Chet Faker, for a three-track EP called Lockjaw.
“Drop The Game” is Lockjaw‘s first single and finds Chet’s monotoned croon laid over Flume’s industrial tone backbeat. The video is as visceral as the track, featuring a single dancer contorting his way through a dimly-lit city.
Lockjaw EP arrives on November 22nd via iTunes.
