For Swallow‘s latest issue, the self-decribed “anti-foodie” food magazine focuses its sights on one of the world’s most vibrant and exciting metropolises: Mexico City. While food is of course at the core of the publication, the issue stands to excavate more than just this factor of the city’s culture, exposing various topics for the discerning reader. Expect wild and unique recipes, eclectic stories and a electric portrait of Mexico City inside.
To celebrate the launch of The Mexico City Issue, Protein’s 18 Hewitt Street space will be hosting an exhibition between Friday 3rd – Thursday 9th May. If you can’t make it to the launch, you can pick up a copy of the magazine at Protein’s in-house magazine store The Shelf.
