Fans of New Balance footwear will be interested to know that the Boston-based brand are looking to expand into the skate footwear market. Under the brand New Balance Numberic, the new line will look to compete with the likes of Nike, adidas and Converse as a lifestyle/running brand looking to take on the world of action sports. Black Box Distribution of Carlsbad, CA, will produce and market the new range, with the first collection set to debut at the Agenda Trade show in Long Beach, California, on 4 January 2013.
