G-SHOCK’s ‘Real Toughness’ contest is derived from the “SHOCK THE WORLD” slogan incoporating Action Sports, Fashion, Art and Music. During summer of this year around the main cities of Japan, top athletes gathered to do battle in the respective fields of BMX, Dance and Skateboarding, these preliminary heats proved to be an intense battle and demonstration of skill and flare, with the winners gathering together once again for final heats at the Roppongi Hills Arena. In addition to the finals this past Saturday there was also live performances by FAT & SLIM (Formerly of The Pharcyde), and KAN TAKAGI & K.U.D.O(MAJOR FORCE PRODUCTIONS).
