Here is a quite profound creation from Saunders Architects with the Fogo Island Studios impressing on many elements. The four exclusive studios, which will soon become six, sit on the North coast of Newfoundland, Canada–a sizable island in the North Atlantic Ocean just off the east coast of North America providing an impressive backdrop. The Fogo Island Arts Corporation set out to create amenities for its visitors including lodging, a library, an art gallery, cinema, spa facilities and gourmet outlets, what more could you ask for? Todd Saunders, a Newfoundland-born architect, was enlisted with the task of coming up with this encompassing and breathtaking design with construction dating back to 2010. Each studio was named after their shape and form to emphasize their strongest points and thoroughly weather-resistant construction completing something you can really appreciate.
