Italian brand Boglioli has joined forces with ts(s) Japanese designer Takuji Suzuki to produce a series of special outerwear garments for the current AW12 season. Among these, we can find this tinto in capo (garment dyed) overcoat, bringing together one of Boglioli’s most characteristic techniques and Suzuki’s unconventional approach to menswear. The coat’s herringbone wool mix fabric is complemented by an irregular front closure using real wood toggles while shoulder patches are asymmetrically placed. A definitely offbeat design, as most of the duffle’s classic elements are intentionally out of place or played with, making this a truly unique piece.
