For years, 10 Deep celebrated Black History by releasing special, limited edition pieces that honored icons in the struggle for equality and justice. Inspired by recent cases of police brutality, 10 Deep’s latest collaborative effort addresses the issues of racially charged police activity and lack of action by the justice system in bringing the perpetrators to justice. 10 Deep has chosen to partner with some of their long-term retailers like Wish, Burn Rubber, Social Status, True and Black Market to distribute a small run of the Justice & Peace tee. Proceeds from the sales of the tees will be donated to support Eric Garner’s family in NYC, the Oscar Grant Foundation in the Bay Area, Leon Ford’s family in Pittsburgh, Ayana Jones’ family in Detroit and the Nation Center for Civil and Human Rights. The tee drops today, February 19th, at 3pm at the aforementioned retailers and the 10 Deep web store.
