Influenced by the darkness of the Scandinavian winter, Caliroots C Store decided to make a black/grey version of the iconic Roccia Vet model. To make it an optimal shoe for winter conditions, a water resistant waxed Ontario leather quality was sourced from Italian tannery Conceria Mastrotto and added a black suede shaft for extra comfort. In order to keep the clean black look, the use of black metal D-rings and lace hooks, overdyed grey welt stiches and black welt, graphite grey midsoles and minimal branding using the renowned C logo stamped on the tongue and the Italian Tricolore flag tab stiched to the heel adds to the clean look. As with all Diemme boots, this Roccia Vet is ideal welt constructed, which means they are stitched with a very durable turned out doublestitch. Other features include waxed water-repellent Italian leather uppers, Extra non slip capacity Vibram Lisk outsoles, vegetable latex padding for support and added comfort, cow leather lining for extra breathability and moist absorbtion and a gusseted leather tongue to keep water from penetrating in to the boot.
