Is it just us, or do UNDERCOVER‘s “Chaos/Balance” sneakers look remarkably similar to the “Big Logo” pair released by uniform experiment a couple of months back? Perhaps both design teams were inspired by New York punk band Television, (Jun Takahashi certainly referenced the band for his designs). If not, there may be a meeting of Japanese streetwear lawyers in the near future… In any case, we’re not speculating as to the niceties of UNDERCOVER’s latest footwear effort. Available in both black and bordeaux, the sneakers sport the words “Chaos” and “Balance” written in Helvetica on the outer side panel of each shoe. You can find a pair online.
