Following the success of its 1970s silhouettes, Converse First String returns its attention to the Chuck Taylor, offering a bouquet of styles dressed in floral prints this February. Comprised of two highs and a low, each silhouette in the collection features additional detailing not found on your standard Chuck, like raised foxing, an extra padded insole and a reinforced sole unit, as well as a printed brand plate on the back of the heel. Individually, it’s the black leather hightop that takes home the prize this time around, with its bold floral pattern that looks like it has almost been painted on. The two canvas options are worthy runners up in their green and tan colorways. Look out for the collection to drop at First String dealers soon.
