In the footsteps of adidas Originals‘ Terrace culture-inspired Spezial collection, Manchester mainstay Oi Polloi has teamed with the brand to produce the ‘Ardwick’. Basically an ode to lovers of OG British style, the ’68 silhouette is inspired by memories of Ardwick Park, a suburb in Manchester which Oi Polloi owner Nigel Lawson acknowledges as spurring his interest for clothing. Forest green brushed suede with tonal components, leather lining, and a black crepe sole see this bad boy emerge as one of the better throwback sneakers of the season.
