The Berlin Wall divided Germany from August of 1961 to November of 1989, serving as the official barrier between West Germany’s free-market ideology and East Germany’s socialist views. To commemorate the 25th anniversary of the wall’s destruction, adidas Originals presents the ‘Fall of the Wall’ Pack. The pack is comprised of three ‘ZX 8000′ models, with each shoe being inspired by and named after one of the wall’s three military checkpoints that allowed passage between east and west Germany – Alpha, Bravo and Charlie. In addition, all of the sneakers in this pack were made in Germany, in the country’s only sneaker factory.
Peep all three versions in the gallery above, and head to your local adidas Originals stockist on November 8th to find them.
