There are few Japanese brands as consistent (and surprisingly overlooked) as nonnative. In a continuation of the brand’s ongoing partnership with New Balance we find the MNL710 ‘Coyote’ offered for FW14. By all accounts a winner, this version of the mid-top sneaker comes with a rugged, brushed exterior – thanks to a combination of the ‘H710′ trail-boot silhouette and Vibram sole unit. Hairy, long-grain suede is applied to the upper along with smooth leather and ripstop mesh, while supple leather is used for the lining.
Don’t expect to find these in the bargain bin – they’ll see a limited release at select Japanese retailers.
