The aesthetic of the Staple brand mirrors New York City’s culture. As explained by Jeff, Staple represents NYC, from a New Yorker’s point of view — not how the media portrays it. Jeff had the opportunity to link up with Mark Rosati (culinary director of Shake Shack) and create a very unique frozen treat for you guys. The ‘Staple Concrete’ is a mixture of rich vanilla custard, seasonal raspberry jam and chunks of black sesame-glazed, caked doughnuts (from Doughnut Plant). Check out the video above of the two creatives brainstorming ideas for this interesting collaboration.
