Boston’s Concepts has reached out to Brooks Running for a dope reimagining of Brooks’ ‘Chariot’ model. The shoe is inspired by the state of Washington – which is the base of the Brooks brand, as well as the largest producer of Merlot grapes and wine in the US (who says this isn’t an educational site?)
The shoes feature a buttery upper made of suede, which flows in a gradient meant to resemble the progression of grapes to wine. Some additional specs to note: there’s a leather lining and insole, as well as an EVA wedge sole, and waxed cotton laces.
The shoes will release on September 13th, through Concepts’ storefront as well as their website.
