Crossfire Hurricane is the title of the Brett Morgan directed film, which gives a new perspective on the band, starting with their lives as blues-obsessed teenagers in the early ’60s to becoming rock ‘n’ roll royalty.Featuring never-before-seen footage, and fresh interviews, the film is set to shock and amaze fans of the Stones with its uniquely immersive style and tone.
Taking its title from a lyric in ‘Jumping Jack Flash’, Crossfire Hurricane gives the audience an intimate insight into exactly what it’s like to be part of the Rolling Stones, as they overcame denunciation, drugs, dissensions and death to become the definitive survivors. It’s basically a backstage pass. The film is set to be released on HBO on November 15.
