Even the biggest rappers in history started out somewhere. Rick Ross was a correctional officer. Drake was an actor on a kid’s soap opera. 50 Cent was a crack dealer.
2Pac is undoubtedly, unquestionably, un-even-worth-discussing-ly one of the most legendary rappers ever. But do you know where he got his start? Well, flash back to the the early-’90s when a 20-year-old 2Pac got his start in music with a raucous crew of rappers from Oakland named Digital Underground.
What did he do for them? Before he flexed his fledgling rap skills on their “Same Song” track, he was a male stripper in their stage show. It involved a lot of “bikini underwear” and humping blowup dolls.
