Folk Goes Brazilian For Their Spring/Summer 2014 Collection Lookbook

For their Spring/Summer 2014 lookbook, British brand Folk draws its inspiration from the Brutalist designs of Brazilian Modernist architects Decio Tozzi and Oscar Niemeyer.

The seasonal collection looks to the same architectural source for inspiration, with pieces featuring seams built on the outside of the garment in an attempt to further reveal its structure (a very Brazilian design cue).

As usual, there’s a focus on soft tailoring juxtaposed against casual pieces like tees and sweats, with the collection accented geometrically through the use of bold color and textural layering.

Go to Folk’s webstore.
