By shooting super high speed footage for his new short film, Stainless, filmmaker Adam Magyar has created an almost otherworldly portrait of commuters at Shinjuku station, Tokyo. The 11 minute film studies the bustle of a metropolis from a unique angle, allowing us to pick up on details we would otherwise have missed, as people wait for trains to take them around the city. Press play above — it’s people watching on a whole other level.
