Back in May, Arsenal opted out of their deal with Nike -who had dressed them on the pitch for over 20 years – in favor of Puma. Now the London club has agreed to a deal with Lanvin to dress them up off the pitch, making the French fashion house the team’s official tailor for the next two years. This Saturday, when Arsenal takes on Southampton, the squad will all be wearing Lanvin Homme suits to and from the game. Designed by Lanvin’s Lucas Ossendrijver, the athletes will be wearing a classic ensemble of midnight blue Italian Super 110 suits, slim white cotton poplin shirts, red silk ties, black derby shoes, a silver-buckled belt, and cufflinks engraved with the famous Arsenal cannon.
