Amsterdam-based boutique Patta has been given the nod from Converse First String to reinvent their iconic Converse Pro Leather model. Working with both the high and low-top versions of the sneaker, the Patta team found inspiration in gardening and plant cultivation and have accordingly dressed both silhouettes in durable cordura, designed to be worn in any weather condition. Bright hits of color represent the store’s vibrant personality seen in the purple sole and purple/pink lining and branding on the high-top and purple velour lining on the low. Both sneakers came out really well, and while the high is probably the more unique of the pair, we’re really feeling the subtlety of the low. The sneakers drop on October 27, 2012.
