Any skater in Tokyo knows, before Miyashita Park was redeveloped it was difficult to find a decent place to skate but thanks to the good people at H.L.N.A. here is a new spot. Having just opened the H.L.N.A. Skate Park in Diver City Tokyo Plaza over the weekend the large-scale outdoor facility provides a unique experience for skaters of all levels.
